How do you change SMS message center numbers in Android system?

  1. In the dialer enter *#*#4636#*#*
  2. Select Phone Information under Testing menu.
  3. Scroll down to SMSC setting.
  4. Update the setting.
List of Singapore SMS Centre Numbers:
  • Singtel Mobile enter +6596197777
  • Singtel Hi! Card enter +6596400001
  • Starhub enter +6598540020
  • M1 (MobileOne) enter +6596845997
